Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only. Our blankets are made locally with care, and we’re focusing on keeping our production and shipping close to home – for now! We're working on expanding internationally soon, so stay tuned.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes – shipping is completely free within the United States! No minimums, no codes needed. Just cozy blankets delivered right to your door, on us.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location, but most orders arrive within 5 business days after dispatch.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
We're so sorry about that! Please send us an email with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll take care of it right away.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. Still need help? Drop us a message and we’ll be more than happy to assist.
